What is the Kitsune Event?
The Kitsune Event is a limited-time special quest in the Grow a Garden map. You get to interact with a magical fox (Kitsune), collect event tokens, unlock cool rewards, and explore fun challenges.
How to Start the Kitsune Event
Join the "Grow a Garden" map
Search for “Grow a Garden” in Roblox.
Make sure the event is active (you’ll see signs or banners about the Kitsune Event in-game).
Look for the Kitsune Shrine or NPC
When you load in, walk toward the central garden area.
There should be a glowing Kitsune statue or NPC with fox ears/tail.
Go up and press E (or tap) to interact.
Read the Kitsune's message
The Kitsune will explain what it needs usually a task like collecting tokens, finding hidden objects, or planting special crops.
Accept the quest to begin!
What You Need to Do
Tasks may vary by update, but usually you’ll do one or more of these:
1. Collect Kitsune Tokens
Tokens may be scattered around the map.
They glow or look like little fox emblems.
Some are hidden in trees, near rocks, or behind buildings.
Walk over them to collect!
2. Plant Special Crops
The Kitsune might ask you to grow a magical plant, like a glowing veggie or mystical flower.
Buy the seeds from the Kitsune shop (it might be a floating shop or vending shrine).
Go to your garden plot, plant them, and water regularly.
Once grown, harvest and deliver it to the Kitsune!
3. Find Hidden Charms or Artifacts
Some versions of the event have you searching for magical charms.
These may be hidden in secret corners, on rooftops, or inside caves.
Each one might give you story lore or mini-rewards.
Rewards You Can Get
If you finish all the tasks, you might unlock:
Kitsune pet or cosmetic
Event coins (for the Kitsune shop)
Outfits or emotes
Badges or limited-time accessories
Bonus Tips
Recheck the shrine or Kitsune NPC after every task. New quests may appear.
Some quests are daily come back the next day for more!
Play with friends they might help you find tokens faster.
Always harvest crops and sell extras you’ll need coins for buying seeds or boosts.
If You're Stuck
Look in the chat or server messages sometimes the game hints where to go.
Check near big trees, fountains, or high spots for hidden items.
Use camera zoom out to get a better view when searching.
Where to Buy Gears
You’ll find gears by talking to Eloise at the Gear Shopit’s the green canopy opposite the Seed Shop and Produce Seller NPC. Stock refreshes every ~5 min, same items for all players, or you can manually restock for 79 Robux if you're hunting for something specific.
Gears You Can Get in the Shop
Here are the main gears you can buy with Sheckles or Honey, grouped with what they do and how to use them:
Common / Uncommon
Watering Can (50k sheckles, ~10 uses): Gives your plants a quicker growth boost. Great for starting out.
Trowel (100k, ~5 uses): Lets you move plants around without uprooting them. Handy for reorganizing your garden.
Recall Wrench (150k, ~5 uses): Teleports you right back to the gear shop so you don’t have to run back and forth.
Rare / Higher Tiers – Sprinklers & Buffs
Basic Sprinkler (~25k sheckles; lasts 5 min): Speeds up plant growth and slightly increases fruit size.
Advanced Sprinkler (~50k; lasts 5 min): Better than basic adds mutation boost too. A solid mid-game tool.
Godly Sprinkler (~120k; lasts 5 min): Packs all the perks faster growth, mutation chance, bigger fruit. Worth saving for once you're getting bigger crops.
Master Sprinkler (10M sheckles; lasts 10 min): The top-tier sprinkler longer time, stronger bonuses, mutation chance and fruit size all boosted. Ideal for growing rare fruits fast.
Convenience & Specialist Tools
Lightning Rod (~1M; 3 uses): Absorbs up to three lightning strikes to keep your crops safe during storms.
Favorite Tool (20M; ~20 uses): Locks fruits so they can’t be harvestedgood for keeping prized mutated fruits safe.
Harvest Tool (30M; ~5 uses): Let's you harvest all the fruit from one plant instantly. Super useful if you’re doing mass harvesting.
Magnifying Glass (10M; ~10 uses): Check how much a fruit is worth before picking it handy when figuring out if it's worth waiting for a mutation.
Cleaning Spray (15M; ~10 uses): Removes all mutations except Gold or Rainbowhandy if you want to reset fruit before applying mutation sprays.
Event & Exclusive Gear
Night Staff (from event or Owl reward): Forces Moonlit mutation on multiple plants great during Night or Meteor Shower events.
Star Caller (from Blood Moon shop): Summons shooting stars to land nearby, triggering celestial or Moonlit mutations. Usually 3 uses.
Nectar Staff (Honey Shop, limited): Draws bees to pollinate your crops, boosting value.
Which Gear Should You Use & When?
Beginner Stage:
Start with Watering Can to get plants growing faster
Use a Trowel to keep your layout tidy
Pick up a Basic Sprinkler when you can small step up in productivity
Mid-Game:
Get Advanced Sprinkler for better mutation chances
Stack Godly Sprinkler if you're working on valuable clusters of fruit
Use Magnifying Glass to scout good fruit before harvesting
Late-Game / Big Farms:
Master Sprinkler is your go-to for growth, size, and mutation all at once
Harvest Tool speeds up collecting
Lock in prized fruits with Favorite Tool
Stay protected from storms via Lightning Rod
Events & Mutation Focus:
Use Night Staff or Star Caller during Lunar/Night events for rare fruit mutations
Add pollination buffs with Nectar Staff if you collect honey
Clean unwanted mutations off with Cleaning Spray, then reapply targeted mutation using sprays or tools
